- Provide helpful, up-to-date product information to assist customers
- Offer support in fitting rooms and suggest additional items to increase sales
- Handle transactions efficiently at the cash wrap and promote gift cards
- Capture customer details for database and future engagement
- Support stock replenishment and assist with inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting
- Knowledge of customer service techniques and retail operations
- Familiarity with fashion trends, branding, and customer preferences
