- Develop and execute the social media strategy for OSN+ and Anghami to support brand positioning, content launches, and business objectives.
- Lead the content calendar planning across all platforms, aligned with content priorities and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for platform-specific growth, community building, and brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with in-house creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact, locally relevant social content.
- Oversee day-to-day publishing and community management, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with followers.
- Ensure creative consistency and brand tone of voice across all social content.
- Partner with brand and content teams to integrate social into campaign planning and amplification strategies.
- Support paid social strategy and execution to maximize reach and ROI across platforms.
- Coordinate with influencer and content creator partnerships for UGC and organic reach.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Use audience insights and analytics tools to inform strategy and creative development.
- Work closely with brand, content, CRM, and product teams to ensure social media reflects broader business and user engagement goals.
- Coordinate with regional teams to localize content and engage with key markets, particularly KSA.
- Educations: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in building, engaging, and growing audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of creative storytelling, platform trends, and digital consumer behavior in the MENA region.
- Experience working with influencers and social media creators.
- Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Creative thinker with a deep passion for entertainment and pop culture.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator with excellent writing skills and a strong sense of voice and tone.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into content and strategy improvements.
