- Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage the full brand lifecycle, from innovation to market execution.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, trade marketing, and digital to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the development of ATL and BTL activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impact.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure high ROI on all brand initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6-8 years' experience in brand management within the consumer goods sector (FMCG or retail experience highly advantageous).
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
