- Experience with multichannel marketing automation for promotional plus transactional communications and customer engagement using HubSpot and Braze platforms.
- Concrete understanding of customer data events schema, identifying improvements and resolving errors with cross-functional collaboration with technical development and product teams.
- Experience with automated reporting analytics using PowerBI, Amplitude or similar, and lead generation via performance marketing ads integration with CRM systems using LeadsBridge platform or similar.
- Previous experience working with online trading platforms and/or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Design and execute marketing automation strategies using advanced customer engagement platforms.
- Develop, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our firm's goals.
- Optimize journey-campaign performance to achieve efficiency and strong ROI.
- Execute Customer Journey:
- Analyse and optimize the post-acquisition customer journey for our users and clients.
- Create targeted communication flows to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure an integrated customer experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Apply data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer journeys.
- Regularly report on strategy performance to marketing automation manager.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integration and management of automation tools.
- Innovation and Industry Compliance:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in marketing automation and financial services marketing.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, customer engagement and lifecycle marketing, preferably in the online trading sector and/or centralized cryptocurrency exchanges, or financial services platforms.
- Proficient in using customer engagement and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
