We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to manage and coordinate various HR and administrative tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee management, and administrative support within a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the PRO on all employment matters, including visa processing, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.
- Coordinate all company travel arrangements; research and book flights, hotels, and rental cars according to company policies while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Create detailed travel itineraries aligned with approved travel requests.
- Manage insurance processes, including claims, card re-issuance, renewal, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update personnel records within the ERP - Oracle system.
- Communicate with local and international recruitment agencies and applicants to meet the company's staffing needs. Liaise with outsourced manpower providers. Review attendance and related invoices.
- Prepare Purchase Requests & Receipt Traveler entries in ERP - Oracle for administrative goods and services.
- Monitor staff attendance and activity records.
- Compile monthly overtime and attendance reports, assisting in payroll processing as needed.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR position.
