Manufacturing Scope
  • Plan, oversee, and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and inventory levels to support current and forecasted sales volumes.
  • Implement and monitor strict quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
  • Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained and operate safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products.
  • Manage and develop production staff, ensuring proper training, adherence to SOPs, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Operational Scope
  • Memorize all products and descriptions, understand dietary labels and be able to recommend to customers correct products based on accurate knowledge. A written exam will be given to test the applicant's ability to comprehend easily our products.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging based on production schedules.
  • Supervise warehousing of finished goods, ensuring proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO), and inventory accuracy.
  • Liaise with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Monitor KPIs related to production, fulfillment accuracy, delivery lead times, and returns, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Implement production planning systems to automate and optimize operations.
  • Maintain all production documentation and reports for internal use and external audits.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in production and warehouse areas.
  • Conduct regular visits to branches to audit and evaluate food production practices, ensuring consistency with standard procedures and food safety protocols.
  • Serve as the escalation point for production-related issues affecting customer deliveries.
