Being the marketing expert in the local market3.Food & Beverage Trends Pro-actively researching local food & beverage trends /Exploring top menus & restaurants and what is trendy4.McCormick Capabilities Creating a McCormick capabilities deck to share with new and current customers, including focus on the local factory5.Creative Toolbox Lead Food Safaris in local market / workshops with key customers
Facilitation of internal workshops6.Customer Engagements Support F2F customer engagements
Provide support to R&D for innovation sessions
Interface with key customers like Pepsico, yum, McDonald especially with their marketing team to support on their Innovation agenda.
Be an active part of the Marketing & Business Development team, adding value to the flavour solution business growth in Middle East region.
To provide back up support to Commercial Controller in managing Pepsico business in the region.
Helping to prepare periodic sales reports / Presentations for Dubai Commercial team.CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Market research/insights with exposure to marketing, NPD, and innovation.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills; project management ability.
- Effective communication in English both verbal and written, spoken Arabic would be an added advantage
- Ability to build and sustain relationship at all levels (internal and external)
- Proficient in PC/software tools; adaptable to complexity and changing priorities
