- Brand Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead engagement initiatives and collaborate with appointed suppliers to enhance brand awareness and support for our programs and initiatives.
- Sales Database Management: Create and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and updating sales proposals as needed.
- Stakeholder Management Support: Assist the Head of Partnerships across all aspects of stakeholder and brand management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Data Analysis and Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in commercial and brand guidelines.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Signage Management: Create signage plans with suppliers in line with sponsor rights, and manage supplier timelines for event set-up, during, and post-event. Oversee and ensure the quality delivery of all signage suppliers.
