- Support in implementing 360° marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and promotional calendars.
- Collaborate with e-retail partners and internal teams to ensure optimal brand presentation online (product pages, visuals, content, pricing, stock availability) as well Realising sell out potential per player( grow ranking and or Market share YOY)
- Monitor sales performance across channels, analyse sell-out data, and support forecasting efforts.
- Formulate, Negotiate & Drive yearly agreement & Joint Business plans with key retail partners to drive profitability and growth
- Assist in planning and executing trade promotions and marketing activities to boost sales and traffic.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations to management and Global to act upon
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including supply chain, commercial ,Customer service to ensure seamless operations
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with a focus on e-commerce and retail operations.
- Proven ability to drive e-commerce growth (sell-out, sell-in, ranking) and optimize skincare counter performance.
- Strong go-to-market knowledge, capable of leading and executing strategies through distributors and partners.
- Solid skincare expertise; prior experience in the category is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates leadership potential, a results-driven mindset, and strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
