- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional marketing roadmap for the Blue brand
- Launch corporate and tactical campaigns to increase awareness, relevance, and customer loyalty
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor positioning to guide marketing actions
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies to deliver integrated communication strategies
- Align campaigns with digital, performance, and brand marketing teams to maximize effectiveness
- Oversee execution across multiple platforms and ensure regional localization where required
- Support customer experience initiatives across all brand touchpoints including in-store POS
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing marketing team with a focus on continuous development
- Ensure KPIs and ROI frameworks are in place to track and optimize campaign performance
- Uphold Al-Futtaim\'s values and ensure compliance with all marketing SOPs and brand guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in multi-market roles
- Prior experience in advertising agencies or working with cross-functional external partners
- Proven leadership in developing customer-centric marketing strategies with tangible outcomes
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and present business cases clearly
- Exceptional understanding of brand positioning, campaign attribution, and performance metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
