A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for their team in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Prepare and review P&L reports, sales targets, and financial forecasts.
Drive revenue, manage costs, and maximise profitability.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and implement training programs.
Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with local regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management in a leadership role.
Proven track record in F&B operation and team leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
