- 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving procurement strategy, team performance, and transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage both direct and indirect spend categories with measurable impact.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and building strong vendor partnerships.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
