This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About the RoleAtlantis is seeking a strategic and driven Manager, Procurement to support the Director of Procurement in leading our sourcing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a professional, efficient, and flexible Procurement shared service that aligns with our brand standards and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies and policies for the category.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, audit requirements, and ethical standards.
- Supplier & Contract Management: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
- Financial Insight: Conduct commercial analyses to support procurement decisions.
- Team Development: Inspire and manage a small team, fostering growth through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Quality & Logistics Oversight: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely, quality-controlled procurement processes.
