- Promote and sell asset and liability products to existing and new customers
- Process account openings, loan applications, NBAD Online requests, and related services
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and support mobile/online banking onboarding
- Generate referrals for premium programs such as Elite and Elite Gold
- Meet individual monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments
- Participate in daily team sales huddles and report progress
- Promote migration to digital channels to reduce branch traffic and enhance efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service in line with FAB's Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal training and performance expectations
- High school graduate (minimum); further education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Familiar with online/mobile banking and ATM/CDM usage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
