Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement for assigned vessels and divisions across the organization
Process fleet requisitions, request for quotations (RFQs), and purchase orders
Monitor delivery timelines and provide updates to stakeholders and vessel management teams
Identify, assess, and approve suppliers; maintain compliance with quality and cost expectations
Analyze vendor quotations and prepare comparison summaries with recommendations for approval
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services, including customs clearance and overseas logistics
Support frame agreement development for regularly procured items and supplier performance tracking
Create and maintain supplier qualification databases; initiate account setup after approvals
Monitor and report on supplier performance, advising management on sourcing improvements
Resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with the finance department
Review open requisition and PO reports, ensuring compliance with procurement KPIs
Assist the procurement manager with ongoing sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in marine or industrial procurement, preferably in the port, shipping, or logistics sector
Strong understanding of sourcing processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Familiarity with international shipping, import/export regulations, and customs processes
Ability to manage multiple procurement cycles and vendor relationships effectively
Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills
