Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and emerging non-aero business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with revenue targets.
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify competitive advantages and unique value propositions.
Business Opportunity Identification & Development
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, concessions, retail outlets, F&B outlets, advertising opportunities, and other revenue streams.
Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and concessions with new and existing partners.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, concessionaires, and internal teams.
Represent the airport at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for non-aero business inquiries and partnership development.Revenue Optimization & Growth:Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing non-aero sources.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
Innovate passenger experience solutions to increase non-aero revenue streams.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all activities comply with airport regulations, policies, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance, and market insights.
Maintain accurate records of all negotiations, contracts, and development initiatives.Other Tasks:Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).Managerial Accountabilities:Strategic Planning & ExecutionTranslate the strategic vision into actionable business development initiatives.
Provide regular updates on progress and strategic alignment.
Offer insights on market trends to support decision-making.Performance Reporting & Transparency:Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales, market analysis, and development activities.
Communicate challenges and opportunities transparently with management.Support & Collaboration:Support CCO initiatives and management priorities.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as finance, procurement, operations, and projects.
Act as a trusted team member contributing to overall airport growth.
Communication & Working RelationshipsInternal:Commercial team, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Projects teams

Purpose: To build partnerships, secure new revenue streams, and strengthen relationships with external
stakeholders.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Professional Qualifications:
Proven success in business development, preferably within airports, retail, hospitality, or related sectors.
Deep understanding of non-aero revenue streams such as advertising, parking, ground transportation, etc.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Analytical skills for market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in non-aero business development or related fields.
Familiarity with airport operations, passenger flow dynamics, concession management, and airport regulations is highly advantageous.
