- Research and monitor global technology trends, startups, and disruptive solutions relevant to logistics, industrial operations, and smart infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive evaluations of AI, ML, IoT, blockchain, extended reality, quantum computing, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain an Emerging Technology Roadmap aligned with the company's corporate vision.
- Build business cases and investment proposals, and define adoption timelines for new technologies.
- Support pilot projects, proofs of concept, and technology trials, analyzing outcomes and making go/no-go recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to align technology solutions with operational needs.
- Provide technical guidance on integration, scalability, and architecture for digital solutions.
- Act as an innovation ambassador, promoting a culture of experimentation and future-focused thinking across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline; master's degree in Innovation Management or Digital Transformation is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technology strategy, digital innovation, or emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of piloting and implementing innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with design frameworks such as Agile Innovation, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience in port operations, logistics automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is an advantage.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, or TOGAF are highly valued.
