We're looking for a Marine Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and engineering excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of marine engineering personnel.
  • Ensure all machinery and systems onboard vessels operate safely and efficiently.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
  • Enforce compliance with international maritime regulations and safety protocols.
Provide hands-on support during dry dockings, sea trials, and equipment upgrades.Qualifications:
  • Degree or certification in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marine engineering experience,
  • Strong knowledge of shipboard systems: propulsion, HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with, ISM Code, and Class requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
