- Review project requirements and select optimal stowage strategies and marine craft vessels
- Prepare AutoCAD-based drawings for sea fastening, lashing, steel structures, and fabrication
- Develop technical layouts for mooring, ramp, berthing, and simulate operational needs
- Draft load-out and load-in sequences aligned with marine logistics procedures
- Provide design input and technical drawings to support commercial and operations teams
- Standardize drawing templates and ensure documentation complies with internal standards
- Collaborate with engineers for vessel modifications and technical planning
- Assist in Ro-Ro operations, marine transportation, and barge management as needed
- Diploma or certification in Drafting or Marine Drafting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marine or heavy-lift drafting roles
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; Rhino software knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with vessels, barges, and offshore units essential
- Understanding of Ro-Ro operations and on-site drafting practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
