- Handle and draft correspondence in the correct format and tone for various audiences.
- Ensure all written communication uses clear, concise language with proper spelling and grammar.
- Maintain document control standards and ensure adherence to filing protocols.
- Identify and report office equipment issues promptly.
- Support the F&B team with administrative coordination to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach and problem-solving mindset.
