The position involves administrative coordination, inventory tracking, event support, and communication management to uphold operational efficiency and service excellence within one of Dubai's most iconic luxury resorts.What You'll Do
- Provide administrative leadership for the F and B department across outlets at Jumeirah Al Qasr
- Manage departmental communication, schedules, recordkeeping, and external partner engagement
- Coordinate pre-event site visits, assisting in logistics and cross-team communication
- Maintain and review event proposals, internal files, documentation, and team rosters
- Oversee procurement processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stocks, and vendor follow-up
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure equipment servicing and operational continuity
- UAE National (as required by government employment quota)
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting
- Background in guest-facing departments or Food and Beverage operations is preferred
- Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hospitality Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with hospitality systems
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
