- Greet all guests warmly in public areas and personally engage with VIP guests in-room, ensuring a gracious and memorable welcome.
- Lead and supervise daily concierge operations to deliver seamless, polished service in alignment with Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Set departmental objectives, manage work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and elevate the appearance, performance, and service delivery of the concierge team, emphasizing training, coaching, and teamwork.
- Ensure team members possess up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and in-depth familiarity with the local area.
- Utilize extensive local and international expertise to provide exclusive recommendations, secure reservations, and curate exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and maintain elite relationships with partners and vendors to enhance the hotel's bespoke offerings.
- Maximize sales revenues through refined upselling techniques and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor guest satisfaction feedback and implement effective actions to continuously improve results.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to deliver personalized experiences and foster loyalty.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a Les Clefs d'Or member
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience within Front Office or Concierge in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and upselling capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a refined, professional presence.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s cultural, culinary, entertainment, and luxury landscape, as well as global destination trends.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a genuine passion for delivering elevated, personalized guest service.
