We're currently recruiting for various roles across our best performing restaurants and looking for skilled and motivated Chefs with different backgrounds to join the team as:

- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy on Safety Procedures, Food Hygiene and Food Handling
- To ensure all quality ingredients are accurately ordered, received, and stored
- To ensure all dishes are professionally prepared in accordance with recipes, plating guides, buffet set ups, with an emphasis on maximizing production
- To assist with menu implementations, creation and development of new dishes and recipes, all by keeping up with the latest market trends
- To monitor cleanliness and hygiene of all areas of responsibility in collaboration with stewarding and the Hygiene Officer
- To train and develop culinary colleagues according to the monthly training plan
