- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; professional procurement certification (e.g., MCIPS)

- Strong knowledge of technology services, software licensing, cloud platforms, and digital solutions procurement
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
