You will deliver professional medical assistance, ensure compliance with health protocols, and act as a key part of the hotel\'s guest safety program. Your ability to communicate clearly, act swiftly, and maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios is critical.What You'll Do
- Administer advanced first-aid, CPR, trauma care, and emergency life-saving interventions on-site
- Assess patient conditions quickly, determine severity, and implement stabilization protocols
- Maintain accurate records and clearly document patient symptoms, vitals, and treatments
- Recommend alternate care methods or referral pathways when in-house resources are insufficient
- Safely administer medications through various methods including oral, IV, or intramuscular injection
- Coordinate with external medical services and transport teams for cases requiring further intervention
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold international standards of ethical patient care
- Support internal emergency preparedness drills and training programs
- UAE National with 5-8 years of experience in emergency care or as a paramedic in a luxury hotel, resort, or clinical setting
- National Diploma or certified Emergency Medical Technician qualification (country-specific equivalent accepted)
- Degree in Emergency Trauma Care or Paramedic Science preferred
- Up-to-date certification in CPR, BLS, ACLS, and first aid
- Strong working knowledge of emergency response protocols and medical terminology
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred); strong communication and patient-relations skills
