Crisis Response Specialist

• To lead crisis response efforts, including planning, coordination, and execution of fast and effective responses to crises and emergencies.
• Develop and update crisis and emergency response plans in alignment with DESC’s overall policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external entities to ensure effective and timely crisis response.
• Conduct regular drills and simulations to ensure the readiness of teams and systems.
• Support risk assessments and develop potential response scenarios.
• Document and evaluate past responses to enhance future planning.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on crises and provide recommendations to mitigate their impact.
