- Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered consistently in-store
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Drive sales and ensure business KPIs such as net sales, conversion, shrinkage, and stock turnover are achieved
- Enforce compliance with “Model Store Standards” in relation to visual merchandising and store presentation
- Take full accountability for commercial performance and minimizing stock loss
- Coach and mentor store teams to improve service, brand knowledge, and retail performance
- Analyze underperformance drivers and implement corrective action plans
- Support Majid Al Futtaim's sustainability strategy “Dare Today, Change Tomorrow” through operational initiatives
- High school certificate minimum; bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of retail industry experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving strong business results in retail operations
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium/luxury retail strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability, and communication skills
