- Supervise guest check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and warmth.
- Handle guest transactions including cash, card, and electronic payments.
- Support front office scheduling, inventory, and team briefings.
- Enroll guests in the IHG Rewards program and respond to membership inquiries.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of guest profiles in the reservation system.
- Coach team members on Holiday Inn's service culture and standards.
- Coordinate with Duty Manager and Front Office Manager for smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- 3 years of experience in hotel operations or contact center roles within a four- or five-star environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in front office or guest services.
- Degree in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service and team success.
