- Daily opening and closing procedures of Edgewalk
- Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned group.
- Usher the guests.
- Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
- Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.
- Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
- Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
- Help and resolve customer complaints and questions
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members
- Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying and taking payments for existing reservations.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Assists in the upkeep of the facility.
- Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
