Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account and performance marketing teams to ensure messaging and campaigns align with brand strategy.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
- Monitor competitors’ social presence and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and budgets efficiently.
- Report on performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that drive engagement.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret analytics and make strategic recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
