We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support the CEO and core team in managing daily admin, invoicing, light HR, and PR / communication tasks. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in a supportive and fast-paced digital environment.Key Responsibilities: * Manage administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, scheduling, document handling)
  • Prepare and send client invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate with external accountant and auditors when required
  • Support basic HR tasks (e.g., tracking attendance, requesting reports)
  • Assist with operational follow-ups and light project coordination
  • Support social media posting, content coordination, and marketing outreach
  • Prepare business communication drafts, basic reports, and follow-ups with partners.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, admin, marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and follow-up processes
  • Comfortable using tools like Word, Excel, and email
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
