Job Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all health and safety activities across the facility.
- Prepare and maintain safety checklists and ensure compliance.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily safety inspections inside and outside the facility.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain discipline and report violations to management.
- Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees.
- Maintain incident and accident reports.
- Inspect, maintain, and record safety equipment and first aid kits.
- Provide first aid when required and ensure kit replenishment.
- Lead emergency evacuation drills and maintain emergency exits.
- Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safety regulations.
- Implement waste management and workplace hygiene systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a safety-related role.
- Strong observation and hazard analysis skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation.
- Energetic, disciplined, and a team player with leadership qualities.
