- Lead testing for digital products including CASA, cards, lending, and onboarding workflows
- Design and execute UAT test plans for mobile, web, and tablet platforms
- Identify defects, track resolutions, and validate fixes using tools like JIRA
- Partner with business and technology teams to align testing with user needs
- Monitor the performance and reliability of launched digital journeys
- Assist in post-launch testing and quality control for maintenance releases
- Support squad backlogs with test cases and input on digital process improvements
- Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of test progress and outcomes
- Act as a liaison for customer-facing teams to relay technical or process issues
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- 2-3 years of experience in UAT, product management, or technical QA
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Solid understanding of digital banking services and user flows
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple testing tasks across squads and delivery timelines
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related product delivery methodologies preferred
