- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and reports
- Build and optimize Power BI visualizations to support business KPIs and operational insights
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Perform ETL processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions
- Maintain data models and documentation for governance and reproducibility
- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integration integrity
- Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure adoption and effectiveness
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence roles with focus on Qlik Sense (5+ years) and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL pipeline design
- Strong background in data visualization best practices and user-centered dashboard design
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in data governance and familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or R is advantageous
