As Head Mixologist in Dubai, you will take charge of bar operations at Jumeirah Al Naseem, ensuring consistency in beverage quality, maintaining a luxury guest experience, and leading a team of bartenders and bar support staff. This role involves hands-on training, responsible alcohol management, and menu innovation aligned with brand standards.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee bar service standards, beverage consistency, and mixology techniques
- Lead and coach the bar team through daily operations and structured training
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible service protocols
- Innovate cocktail menus and support premium product offerings
- Manage team development through individual plans and performance reviews
- Actively resolve guest concerns and drive positive engagement at the bar
- Monitor product quality, stock levels, and operational efficiency
- 1-2 years of experience as Head Mixologist or Bar Manager in a luxury hospitality or premium F and B setting
- Expert knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar trends
- Strong experience with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English; second language such as Russian or another European language is an advantage
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest handling skills
- Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural teams
