- Deliver professional treatments aligned with luxury standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment environment.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
- Train team members on new services, products, and operational protocols.
- Promote spa packages and retail products to drive revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Track team performance, guest satisfaction, and treatment records.
- Assist in developing special offers and wellness promotions.
- Previous experience as a Senior or Head Therapist in a luxury spa setting.
- Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
- Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
- Expertise in spa services, treatments, and high-end wellness products.
- Excellent interpersonal and upselling skills.
- High standards of cleanliness, detail, and customer care.
