- Build strong B2B links with hotels, travel agents, MICE planners, and concierge teams.
- Promote our lunch/dinner packages, loyalty schemes, and festive offers.
- Study the market to spot trends and new opportunities to grow.
- Keep in touch with existing clients and ensure they re happy.
- Manage key corporate accounts and high-value clients.
- Work with marketing to run campaigns for the corporate sector.
- Represent the restaurant at events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
- Share regular sales and performance reports with management.
- Support in shaping business plans and growth strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of corporate sales or business development experience in F&B or Hospitality.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and handling key clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Dubai s business culture and hospitality industry.
- A passion for Indian food and luxury service.
- Indian candidates are preferred.
- Existing client list or strong network in Dubai s corporate / events sector.
- UAE driving licence and own car.
