- Visit companies, corporates, and business hubs to promote team lunches, corporate dinners, events, and celebrations.
- Build long-term partnerships with HR teams, admins, and decision-makers for employee benefits and corporate discounts.
- Approach hotels, travel agents, MICE planners, and concierge services for referrals and tie-ups.
- Actively promote lunch/dinner packages, loyalty programs, and festive/seasonal offers to the corporate sector.
- Maintain relationships with high-value corporate clients and ensure repeat business.
- Restaurant Operations & Management
- Oversee smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring fine dining standards are upheld.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor service quality, ambience, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the chef and marketing team to introduce special menus, promotions, and events.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support in shaping growth strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in restaurant management with a strong focus on corporate sales and business development.
- Proven record of driving sales growth through corporate tie-ups, events, and key account management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai s business culture and hospitality market.
- Passion for Indian fine dining and luxury guest experiences.
- Existing client list or strong corporate network in Dubai.
- UAE driving license.
