The Marble Factory Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the production and operational activities of our marble manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the marble industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing operational efficiency.Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the marble factory, ensuring production schedules are met.

Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of marble products.
Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to upper management.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in managing a manufacturing facility, preferably in the marble or stone industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of marble production processes and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using production management software.
Strong analytical skills to assess production performance.
