We strive to continuously innovate and adapt to the evolving needs of the crypto market, ensuring that our clients have access to the best tools and services to achieve their financial goals.Job SummaryFreedx is seeking an ambitious and data-driven Head of Growth to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across all stages of the user lifecycle. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion, ensuring Freedx becomes a top choice for traders globally. The Head of Growth will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale our growth engine and achieve measurable, sustainable results.Key ResponsibilitiesInitial Phase:
  • Define and implement Freedx's initial growth strategy and go-to-market execution plan.
  • Build scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, referral, and affiliate channels.
  • Establish growth KPIs, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Design and run the first acquisition and onboarding campaigns.
  • Identify early partnerships and community initiatives to accelerate adoption.
  • Build the foundation of the growth team and processes for long-term scale.
On-going:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Continuously optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to improve CAC/LTV efficiency.
  • Manage and grow the growth team, embedding experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to align growth initiatives with launches and campaigns.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) to increase retention and user engagement.
  • Build and manage affiliate, referral, and influencer programs.
  • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, reporting performance to leadership.
  • Stay informed about crypto industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights into growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate across all departments to ensure growth strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles, with at least 4 years in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications in growth/analytics are a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, affiliates, influencers, communities).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of scaling user bases and improving retention in competitive markets.
