Marketing Coordinator

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, including preparing meeting materials, and coordinating internal communication between teams.
• Support in the collection and analysis of marketing data, preparing regular reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate the approval process for marketing materials, ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and receives appropriate sign-offs before distribution.
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-ground marketing activations, ensuring all logistics are coordinated and all event materials are prepared on time.
• Support the team in raising purchase orders for marketing-related activities and materials, ensuring timely processing and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Assist in liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for marketing campaigns and activations.
• Manage vendor-related queries, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate payments and invoice processing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for the entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and reporting software is a plus.
• Occasional travel for on-site activations and events may be required.
