- Develop and execute data-driven media strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Align regional media plans with global brand goals and local market needs.
- Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.
- Work closely with CMM, retail, creative, customer experience, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Coordinate with local market teams to adapt regional campaigns for locally adapted performance.
- Stay updated on emerging media technologies, platforms, and consumer behaviour trends.
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance media performance and audience engagement.
- Work on A/B Media testings to ensure maximum capitalization on various media / creative formats is done for highest business ROI
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Manage media budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.

- 8 - 10 yrs experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications
- Experience in the Middle East
- Earlier experience in Automotive or Media is preferred with a focus in media management
- Strong understanding of the regional media landscape
- Experience managing agencies and budgets
- Data-driven, creative, and organised
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge in paid media specifically on Social – how to read media plans, KPIs and how to distribute the right budgets based on the different platforms
- Language requirements: Fluency in Business English; Arabic is needed
- MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)
- Knowledge in lead management
- Knowledge in project management
- Experience in managing media management tools
- Experience in analyzing, A/B testing and generating findings to improve current approach
