  • Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and precedent cases to support case strategies.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including contracts, motions, pleadings, and affidavits.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare exhibits for court presentations and assist with courtroom logistics.
  • Communicate with internal clients, stakeholders, and shareholders to provide updates and obtain required information.
  • Assist in explaining legal processes and documents, ensuring clarity for non-legal stakeholders.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including preparing materials for board and committee meetings.
  • Prepare and file regulatory documents with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with securities laws.
  • Coordinate annual reports, proxy statements, and other required filings.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and billing activities.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal compliance, research, or paralegal support.
  • Strong skills in legal research, case management, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
