Business Development Officer

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Facilities Management
• MBA degree (mandatory)

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Reviewing RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation
• Preparing and coordinating proposals and bids
• Building strong client relationships and stakeholder networks
• Conducting market analysis and competitor research
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
• Preparing cost estimates and financial models
• Managing CRM data and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Representing MAB at industry events and exhibitions
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
