• Prior experience working with contractors to understand project material requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen in cost control and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
