- Travel & Event Management: Supervise and guide administrative staff (receptionists, clerks, drivers). Prepare and manage the administration budget.
- Office Operations & Support: Oversee contracts and services (security, maintenance, cleaning, courier, etc.). Ensure efficient office upkeep, supplies management, and fixed asset tracking.
- HR & Cross-functional Support
- Health, Safety, operational Compliance & Documentation (physical & digital).
- An expert in MS Office, MS Visio, Oracle Fusion, etc
- Locally available & Experienced candidates only will be considered.
