Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance department. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our holiday homes to ensure they are in excellent condition and meet our high standards of quality.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.Inspect the apartments & luxury villas regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed promptly.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Oversee the coordination and execution of the shift among subordinates.Coordinate with clients, external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment inventory.Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Implementing cost-cutting measures to optimize expenditures on materials by ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources.Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Responsible for ensuring all works are completed on schedule and as per the quality requirements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Benefits:Competitive Salary Package.Medical Insurance Plan.Air Ticket Allowance.A great working environment.Comprehensive training and support.Opportunity to work with multi-cultural environment.Requirements:Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the Maintenance, Fit out, Contracting industry.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.Valid UAE Driving license Required.Should have strong experience in MEP.Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesIf you are a proactive individual with a passion for maintenance and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
