- Manage receipt, registration, and tracking of all MEP-related drawings and documents
- Maintain and update MEP drawing repositories reflecting revisions and as-built conditions
- Implement strict version control to ensure use of current, approved drawings
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to complete as-built documentation projects
- Lead organization and archiving of digital and hard copy MEP documents
- Review as-built drawings for compliance with project standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Support project teams with alignment to standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, and DEWA
- Oversee clash detection and resolution processes in MEP design and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of MEP management experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, and local standards
- PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit MEP experience is a plus
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with leadership capabilities
