We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant Clerical Support to join our Dubai real estate team. In this role you will ensure listings and leads are accurately managed, support regulatory and portal-related tasks, and provide day-to-day administrative backbone to the sales and property management functions.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage and update property records in the company CRM, ensuring leads are logged, tracked and handed over to agents promptly.
- Prepare, upload and maintain listings on Tarkheesi, Bayut, and Property Finder, including content, images and availability status.
- Support compliance activities tied to DLD, RERA, KYC, and AML - verify documentation and maintain audit-ready records.
- Oversee property management paperwork and document checklists (tenancy files, owner instructions, handover docs).
- Coordinate developer registrations, maintain the deal registry and assist with official announcements and portal submissions.
- Compile and present agent performance and lead-conversion reports for management review.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to streamline administrative workflows and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience within Dubai real estate required. Familiarity with property portals, DLD/RERA processes and CRM platforms is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to multitask under deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
