If you're ready to turn data into intelligent action, lead impactful projects, and shape the future of AI, this is your opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning DevelopmentDesign, build, and deploy robust AI/ML models to solve complex business challengesWork closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systemsContinuously evaluate and refine models to optimize performance and reliabilityData Engineering & AnalysisClean, analyze, and transform raw data into usable training and validation setsDesign data pipelines and identify new data sources to enhance model effectivenessDrive experimentation and hypothesis testing with statistical rigorCloud & DevOps IntegrationDeploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Optimize performance for scalability and real-time applicationsImplement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflowsTechnical Leadership & CollaborationConduct code reviews and mentor junior engineersDocument system designs, code, and technical decisions for knowledge sharingWork in agile sprints and communicate progress with stakeholdersQualifications

Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
